Best answer

Atomic mass of H = 1

Atomic mass of O = 16

Molecular mass of H2O2= (2 × 1) + (2 × 16) = 34 gm

Since 34 gm of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) = 1 mole

Hence 17 gm of H2O2 = 1/ 34 ×17 = 1/ 2 = 0.5moles
