(a) KOH 

(39 +16+1) = 56 g mol–1 

(b) NaHCO3 

23 + 1 + 12 + (3 × 16) = 84 g mol–1 

(c) CaCO

40 + 12 + (3 × 16) = 100 g mol–1 

(d) NaOH 

23+16+1 = 40 g mol–1

(e) C2H5OH = C2 H6

2 × 12 + (6 × 1) + 16 = 46 g mol–1 

(f) NaCl 

23 + 35.5 = 58.5 g mol–1
