Since, ∠AOC = ∠BOD

⇒ ∠BOE = 70° – 40° = 30°
Also, ∠AOC + ∠BOE + ∠COE = 180°

⇒ ∠COE = 180° – 70° = 110°
Now, reflex ∠COE = 360° – 110° = 250°
