Differentiate between diagnostics and therapeutics. Give one example under each category.

A diagnostic technique helps us to identify a disease. Example: ELISA to test for HIV. A therapeutic agent, on the other hand, helps in the treatment of a disease. Example: Antibiotics for bacterial infections.
