This is very simple division question.

You need to find first the values of P,Q,R and S.

Division of 1805294 by 362 given in question. So by dividing we will get the values of 

P = 4

Q = 9

R = 8 and

S = 7

So, now putting the values of P,Q,R and S in equation we get the value

{(Q+R/P)/22}*S

= {(9+8/4)/22}*7

= 11/22 * 7

= 7/2

= 3.5

So, answer will be 3.5
