We have given that sum of zeroes(S)= -3

and product of zeroes(P) = 2

so the quadratic polynomial p(x)= k(x2 - Sx +P)

p(x) = k(x2 - (-3)x + 2)

p(x) = k(x2 + 3x + 2)

where  k  is any non-zero real number
