Three objectives of Adventure sports:
(i) Overcoming the fear: We know that adventure activities are thrilling and exciting and involves high degree of danger. It requires lot of courage to perform. People use these adventure sports as a means of overcoming fear.
(ii) To developmental and physical strength: Adventure sports are categorised as dangerous activities which should be performed under right guidance. Only confidence is not enough to take part in extreme sports but participants develop physical strength of the body.
(iii) Building high concentration: It takes a great level of concentration to perform adventure sports tasks successfully. The participants are required to be attentive and responsive towards the happening around them.
