Two lamps,one rated at 40W -220V and the other at 60W,-220V, are connected in parallel to the electric supply at 220 V.
(i) Draw a circuit diagram to show the connections.
(ii) Calculate the current drawn from the electric supply source.
(iii) Calculate the total energy consumed by the two lamps together when they operate for one hour.

Total energy consumed = 40 Wh + 60 Wh =100 Wh=0.1 kWh
