t-RNA are specific for each amino acid , its anticodon loop show base complimentary to the code of amino acid, has an amino acid acceptor end that binds with specific amino acid, during translation t-RNA linked to the amino acid binds with appropriate codon on m-RNA, thus t-RNA reads the code and arranges amino acids for proteins accordingly On the large subunit of ribosome
