The given equation has 4x2-3kx+1=0

Here a=4, b=-3k, c=1

D=b2-4ac≥0

(9k)2-4x4x1≥0

=> 9k2-16≥0

=>9k2≥16

=>k√(16/9)

=> k≥ ±4/3
