How do we come to know the total production in any three sector? what are the problems associated with in  it? How can these problem be overcome ?

The value of find goods and services produced in each sector during a particular year provides the total production of the sector for that year.

one problem associated with it is value of intermediate goods will be counted twice if we count value of every goods included in a produced good therefore the value of only final goods and services are counted.
