(iii) It can be used in building the fertilizer plants and thereby encouraging the use of fertilizers. It can boost agricultural production. (iv) Through easy transportation by means of pipelines, its utility is further increased.
(v) Use of compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicles to replace liquid fuels is gaining wide popularity in the country.
