A bicycle wheel makes 5000 revolutions in moving 11 km. Find the diameter of the wheel.

Let the radius of the wheel be r cm
Then distance covered by the wheel in 1 revolution = 2πr 
Distance covered by the wheel in 5000 revolution = 2πr× 5000

Given that 2πr × 5000 = 11 × 1,00,000 [11 km = 11,00,000 cm]
