Dear Sir,
I am shocked to inform you that the books sent by you are badly damaged. I think, assistant had not packed them with proper care. Some books are of old editions. They are torn and the pages are all scattered or missing. It has become quite necessary for me to return the books. You are therefore requested to replace them and send the new books with great care. In thetransaction, no fault lies on us. So you are requested to bear the cost yourself.
Details of the damaged books are as follows:

S.No.  Name of the book  Name of the   book
1  New Approach to Social Science-Class 7 (6   books)  Torn
 2  Xam Idea Science - X ( 4 books)  Old Edition
 3   Xam Idea Accountancy - X ( 2 books)  Torn
4  German Guide (4 books)  Old Edition
5  Chemistry made easy-XII (2 books)  Old Edition

I hope you will be careful in future and send the books at the earliest.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully,
Sumit/Sumita
