(i) Draw a labelled circuit diagram to study the relationship between the current (I) flowing through a conductor and the potential difference (V) applied across its two ends. State the formula co-relating the I in a conductor and V across it. Also show their relationship in the diagram.
(ii) What would be the resistance of a resistor if the current flowing through it is 0.15 A when the potential difference across it is 1.05 V ?

The formula states that the current passing through a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across its ends, provided the physical conditions like temperature, density etc. remain unchanged.

∝ V or I =V/R
V = IR. (R is the resistance of the conductor)
(ii) Given, V = 1.05 V,I = 0.15 A
V = IR
R =V/I=1.05/0.15= 7Ω
