For Block A 

m1g=µ1F

20=0.1×F

F=200 N

Friction Force act upward direction on block A is

µ1F=0.1×200=20 N

But Block A Force 20N On Block B in Downward direction So

 µ2F=m2g+µ1F=100+20=120 N
