The activities recommended for early childhood should be with low energy level, but involving light running, catching, throwing, jumping, co-ordinative exercises, flexibility exercises.
Enjoyable and recreative methods should be adopted to make the activities more child based learning.
The environment needed at this stage should be clean and safe and moreover proper check by parents and teachers are very much required.
