2 Exercise for all the parts of body
3 Stretching and Loosing Exercise should be included
4 Intensive enough to Increase Body Temperature
5 Warming-up should be according to the activity or sports
6 Concerned Movement of Games should be included.
7 Warming-up should be done at Exact time
8 Warming-up should be according to Age and Sex.
