
JEE Advanced 2018 Updates
IIT Kanpur, which will organize JEE 2018, has decided to increase the number of seats for the JEE Advanced Examination. This means that 4000 more candidates will be eligible for JEE Advanced Exam next year.
The number of candidates who qualify to sit in JEE Advanced Exam next year, they have been increased to 2,24,000, which includes all the categories.
This year, it is for JEE Advanced 2017, Cap is 2,20,000 students. Now, for next year, 4000 additional students will be called for JEE Advanced Examination.
JEE Advanced Examination is conducted for admission in Bachelor, Integrated Master and Dual Degree Program in all IITs. Now, to sit in the JEE Advanced Examination, a student must first go to the JEE Main Examination and some of these candidates is considered eligible for the JEE Advanced Examination.
In 2018, 4000 more candidates will sit for JEE Advanced. This is definitely a good news for engineering candidates who will be appearing in the entrance exam next year but also indicates that the competition will be tough.
JEE Advanced 2018 will be held on May 20, 2018. This will be a computer based test. The examination will have two papers, paper 1 and paper 2, each of three hours, and will be held in two sessions. Both papers are mandatory.
JEE ADVANCED 2018
JEE Advanced 2018 will be organized for undergraduate courses, which is related to UG, Integrated PG or UG-PG Dual Degree. JEE Advance is a national level examination by which the candidate will get admission for B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech or Engineering, Architecture, Science and Pharmacy B.tech-M.tech Dual Degree, IIT and ISM.
JEE Advanced 2018 is considered as the second phase of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Candidates who are applying will be able to try this test continuously twice.
