Given, 

Mass of the body, m = 4kg, 

Time taken, t = 5 s, 

Initial velocity, u = 10 m/s, 

Final velocity, v = 20 m/s, 

P =? 

Power, P

=120 J/s 

The power required is 120 J/s.
