Basis of difference Objectives Policy
1. Meaning Objective is that end
point which is to be
reached or obtained.
Policy are the means of
achievement for
objective.
2. Need No organisation can be
established without
objectives. so they are
very important.
Their formulation is not
so important. They can
be or cannot be laid
down.
