Chemistry [NCERT Recommended]

Physics: Concepts of Physics-HC Verma, Problems in General Physics-Irodov

Chemistry: NCERT is the bible, JD Lee-Inorganic Chemistry, Solomons-Organic and P Bahadur for Physical Chemistry

Maths-Cengage will help you to understand the concept.Do more and more practice
