i. Potato chips manufacturers fill the packet of chips with nitrogen gas to prevent oxidation of fats and oils present in the chips and thereby avoiding its rancidity.
ii. When iron comes in contact with moist air, it reacts with oxygen in presence of moisture and forms rust (hydrated oxide of iron) which is reddish brown incolour.
